- Flexibility and mobility for padel players
Classes includes the following:
- Injury prevention training
- Rehabilitation for existing injuries related to padel
- Strengthening the muscles needed when playing padel Eccentric muscle training
- Posterior and lateral train training
- Strengthening the core stability, proprioception and balance
- Duration is 45 minutes
- Intensity levels designed
from beginner to advanced levels - Flexibility and mobility of the ankle, knee and shoulder joint
- Affordable and in group sessions
- Max 5 per class
- Supervised by a Biokineticist
