  • Flexibility and mobility for padel players

Classes includes the following:

  • Injury prevention training
  • Rehabilitation for existing injuries related to padel
  • Strengthening the muscles needed when playing padel Eccentric muscle training
  • Posterior and lateral train training
  • Strengthening the core stability, proprioception and balance
  • Duration is 45 minutes
  • Intensity levels designed
    from beginner to advanced levels
  • Flexibility and mobility of the ankle, knee and shoulder joint
  • Affordable and in group sessions
  • Max 5 per class
  • Supervised by a Biokineticist
