We have an extensive of list online programmes, so there is sure to be a class that is right for you! We encourage everyone to go at their own pace. With each the class designed to allow members to do as much or little as they can manage, there is something for everyone. Especially if you have not exercised in a long time, we encourage you to start slow and build up your fitness. The most valuable thing you can do is start.

What does the online/in person classes entail?
It is trainer led, focusing on strengthening exercises, promote flexibility and mobility, improve core strength, and functional training.
Why would I want to join the classes?

Who can join the classes?
Everyone. The classes and programs are designed and modified for all ages and fitness levels
How many people can attend a class?
Online classes take a maximum of four and in person classes are a maximum of five in a class, per session.
What are the costs for classes?
If you join once a week it will be R640 per month. If you join twice a week it will be R1150 and if you join three times a week it will be R1630 per month.
Can I join the classes if I have an injury?
Yes you can. An assessment will be done before starting the classes to determine your strength and flexibility level.
Can I join the classes even if I already go to the gym?
Yes you can. The exercises are designed to be functional and compliment current activities that you already participant in.
How long are the classes?
All the classes are 45 minutes
Do I need strength training if I am already walking/running/playing paddle?
Yes you do. Each activity requires the activation of specific muscles in a specific manner to help optimize performance and prevent injuries from occurring.
What platform do you use for online classes?
We make use of Zoom
What does the subscription include?
Depending on which subscription you select you can have access to a variety of programs,
including but not limited to:
home and gym base strengthening
flexibility and mobility
training for specific distances
muscle gain

Once selected subscription is activated your chosen login details will grand you access to your profile where a variety of programs will be available.
What is the cost to subscribe?
The subscription for the running-, general- and paddle programs are R360 per year respectfully.
