Classes includes the following:
- Injury prevention training
- Strengthening the muscles needed for optimal running performance
- Anterior, posterior and lateral train training
- Strengthening core stability and proprioception
- Helps to improve running style
- Duration is 45 minutes
- Max 5 per class
- Flexibility and mobility of the ankle, knee and hip joint Intensity levels designed from beginner to advanced levels
- Affordable and in group sessions
- Supervised by a Biokineticist
